ADVANCE RESERVATIONS
Standard Rooms – Q, D/D, D/D/S, Q/Q
Our standard rooms rent nightly with a two (2) night minimum on weekends and a three (3) night minimum during Holidays or for special events. We require a one (1) night deposit at the time of booking.
Efficiencies / Suites
Our Kitchenettes and Suites have a three (3) night minimum. We require a one (1) night deposit at the time of booking.
RATES
All rates are per room, per night, and are based on double occupancy + NC Sales tax & Occupancy tax. There is an additional nightly fee of $5 per additional guest on standard rooms and kitchenettes and $10 per additional guest on suites.
OCCUPANCY
Standard rooms with two 2 beds are limited to five (5) guests. Standard rooms with 1 bed are limited to two (2) guests. Suites (1 Queen bed w/Sleeper sofa) are limited to four (4) guests. Kitchenettes (2 beds) are limited to five (5) guests. (The number of guests includes infants and/or small children)
STANDARD ROOM CANCELLATION
Our standard rooms have a three (3) day cancellation policy that begins at 2 pm three days prior to your arrival date. If you change or cancel your reservation outside of this three-day period, your deposit will be refunded, minus a $10/room cancellation fee.
If it’s necessary for you to change or cancel your reservation within the three-day period no money will be refunded. This also applies to changes in the reservation or early departures. If a reservation is made within a cancellation period and then changed or canceled, no money will be refunded.
SUITES AND KITCHENETTES CANCELLATION
Our suites and kitchenettes have a seven-day (7) cancellation policy that begins at 2 pm seven days prior to your arrival date. If you change or cancel your reservation outside of the seven-day period, your deposit will be refunded, minus a $10/room cancellation fee. If it’s necessary for you to change or cancel your reservation within the seven-day period no money will be refunded. This also applies to changes in the reservation or early departures. If a reservation is made within a cancellation period and then changed or cancelled, no money will be refunded.
PAYMENT
We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover & American Express. Personal checks are not accepted.
PROPERTY
The property is divided into two sections – the cedars side and poolside. The cedars side rooms are all first floor. The poolside is three (3) stories and accessible by stairs only (There is NO elevator).
NO PETS POLICY
Pets are NOT permitted in any of the accommodations. If you are in violation of this policy a $250 fee will be charged and possible removal from the property.

NO SMOKING
All of the accommodations are NON-SMOKING! If any evidence of smoking in the accommodation is found a $250 fee will be charged and possible removal from the property. While we do allow smoking on the property, we do ask that you be courteous of others and keep away from open doors and windows.
LATE ARRIVALS AND CHECKOUT
If you feel as though you may be arriving after our office closes please call so we can make arrangements for your key pick up.
Standard rooms, kitchenettes, and suites have a 3pm check-in and 11am checkout. Late checkouts may be charged for an additional night. Key drop boxes are located outside office door for early departures.
POOL
Our pool opens at 9am. Children under 14 yrs old must be accompanied by an adult. No diving or horseplay is allowed. No alcohol or glass containers are allowed in the pool area. Guests must abide by rules posted at pool.
